Remote Airline Check-in Agent

A Remote Airline Check-In agent processes guest luggage at a busy resort by weighing luggage and issuing boarding passes and tags to resort guests. Agents also load luggage into secure cages and ensure safe and accurate handling of all luggage to be retrieved by a truck driver. 

Valet Attendant/Dispatcher

A valet dispatcher accepts and processes valet fees, answers multiple inquiries and coordinates the parking and retrieving of guest vehicles at a resort or outlet mall. A valet attendant greets each guest with a smile, parks guest vehicles, and jogs at a swift pace to retrieve parked vehicles. 

Luggage Dispatcher/Sweeper

A luggage sweeper drives to and from the airport, picking up and unloading and sorting passenger luggage. A luggage dispatcher schedules delivery and dispatching work to drivers to assure the schedule is met. 

Luggage Assistant/Bellman

A luggage assistant delivers luggage to guest's rooms at a resort. They are also responsible for ensuring proper sorting, processing, and retrieval of all guest luggage. 

Cruise/Port Agent

A cruise port agent accurately tags and sorts luggage into secured cages that are loaded into a truck and then transported to airport locations in a safe and timely manner. 

Wheelchair Attendant

A wheelchair attendant provides assistance to passengers traveling in wheelchairs at an airport facility by pushing passengers to and from gates and assisting passengers with their luggage to various locations.
